RoundPie App offers a productivity countdown timer designed to implement various time management methodologies, such as the Tomato Technique, seamlessly integrating with platforms like Todoist™, Trello™, Wunderlist™, Asana™, Evernote™, Slack, Microsoft™ To-Do, Microsoft™ Outlook Tasks, and Google Calendar.

RoundPie App enhances your task management system by incorporating timeboxing methodologies to elevate your efficiency and productivity. The app allows you to synchronize tasks across multiple platforms, focus on them effectively, and accomplish your work efficiently.

Key features of RoundPie App include the ability to sync tasks from various task management systems or create tasks within the app itself, customize timer duration and breaks for optimal productivity, control the timer with functions like start, pause, or stop, switch between tasks within one timer, complete tasks with automatic synchronization back to your task management system, and favorite tasks from different sources.

The basic RoundPie service is free to use, while additional integrations and premium features like unlimited log access and log sharing are available through Premium Plans to support the maintenance and development of the service.

RoundPie App seamlessly integrates with various tasks and notes management systems such as Trello, Todoist, Google Tasks, Google Calendar & iCal, Microsoft ToDo, Evernote, 印象笔记 (YinXiang), Zapier, and Toodledo. For outbound integrations, RoundPie supports platforms like Slack, iCal, Zapier, and Microsoft Teams.

Premium users enjoy access to additional integrations with services like JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Microsoft Outlook Tasks, Slack Pro, MeisterTasks, and Nozbe. RoundPie App continues to expand its service offerings and welcomes user input for new integrations.

Users can utilize the Tomato technique within RoundPie App to monitor task durations meticulously. All time blocks are logged in the user's account and can be filtered by various criteria like source, project, list, date range, or tags. Raw data can be downloaded as CSV files at any time with reports available via email on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

RoundPie App also offers analytical capabilities by allowing connections with platforms like Slack™ or Microsoft™ Teams to update team members on individual availability and progress. Users can link their iCal or Google Calendar accounts to visualize achievements conveniently in Calendar View.
